Devil's Funnel Corporation takes positions in new ventures and various established businesses, especially those where our President, Lew Smith, can make a contribution to growing the organization and become involved in corporate governance. To date this has included land holdings in Nova Scotia, apartment buildings in Nova Scotia and British Columbia, room-by-room airflow dynamics climate control systems, the film industry, network marketing and the Atlantic salmon outfitting business. Our President serves on the Board of Directors of five Canadian private corporations, is Chairman of one, President of two, Vice-President of One and Secretary of all five. He currently is guiding one in negotiations to become the Qualifying Transaction of a Capital Pool Company [CPC] listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He organized and negotiated the purchase of the Atlantic salmon business and served as President and CEO for the first three years. Lew
sold his interests in the actuarial and consulting firm Eckler Ltd. in 1999. He
joined the Toronto office of that Company in 1984, became a partner in1986, and
assumed responsibility for Eckler Healthcare Management in 1997. At the time of
